Yes. Set a schedule once — pick the times and the days — and 1999 runs itself. Weekday mornings, lunch breaks, every night before bed. Sessions start on schedule and unlock automatically when they end. The free plan includes one schedule. Premium includes unlimited schedules.

No. Once a schedule is on, it runs on its own in the background. Apps lock at the start time and unlock at the end time whether the app is open or not.
